Terms of Service

GetCryptoDomains.com ("we", "us") provides domain-discovery links, a domain marketplace, domain brokerage, AI-assisted appraisals, a public machine-readable API for software agents, and paid DNS comparison reports. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

• Domain brokerage is not financial brokerage. Our brokerage services concern domain names and website businesses. We are not a securities broker-dealer, exchange, money transmitter, custodian, bank, or investment adviser. We do not hold, transfer, swap or manage cryptocurrency or digital assets for you.
• Brokerage and marketplace terms. Listed prices are negotiable asking prices, not verified valuations. Proposed third-party seller brokerage is 15% of a completed sale, with a $99 minimum, subject to a written agreement. Escrow, registrar costs and taxes are separate. Inquiries do not form contracts. Ownership, transfer eligibility and rights must be verified before any transaction. Our TLD marketplace contains ordinary DNS domains. No on-chain naming is offered.
• Paid comparison reports. $5 per report for up to five DNS names, paid in ETH on Ethereum mainnet only. Rule-based reports are not certified valuations. Payments are verified on chain before delivery to the purchasing account. Crypto payments are final; payments on other networks, in tokens, or for the wrong amount cannot be matched automatically.
• AI appraisals. Appraisals are low-confidence indicative analysis, not certified valuations, financial advice or guarantees. The tool does not independently verify comparable sales, traffic, revenue, ownership or trademarks. Human review and supporting evidence are required.
• No financial, legal or tax advice. AI-assisted analysis is informational and may be incomplete or wrong. Consult a licensed professional before making financial, legal or tax decisions.
• Crypto and domain risk. Digital assets and blockchain-based domains are volatile and may lose all value. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Domain value is never guaranteed.
• Agent API and AI output. Our public agent tools are read-only. They do not buy, reserve, transfer or register domains. Availability checks are estimates, not registration guarantees. You must review AI output and approve any transaction yourself.
• Domain registrars. Availability, registration, prices, renewals and transfers are handled by Dynadot or your registrar under their terms. Domain searches are not availability guarantees.
• Trademarks. Do not use the service to target, squat on, or infringe another party's trademark or brand.
• Sanctions and lawful use. You may not use the service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to U.S. sanctions, or listed on a U.S. government restricted-party list. No illegal, fraudulent or deceptive use.
• Taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on income or gains you earn.
• No guarantee of results. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Privacy Policy

• We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.
• What we store: your sign-in email, verification and session information, your saved appraisal conversations, and report orders and the public transaction hash of your payment. Technical and security logs may also be processed. The public agent API does not require an account; standard request logs may be processed for security and abuse prevention.
• We never ask for seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords or payment card numbers in chat. Never share them with anyone.
• AI processing: appraisal requests are processed through Lovable AI. Appraisal requests and reports are saved with your account conversation. Inquiry details remain in the form until you download them or choose to send an email. Hosting, authentication, storage and AI providers handle information needed to operate the service under their applicable policies. Payment providers process checkout and billing details; we do not collect card numbers in chat. Dynadot receives information you submit when you follow a domain-search link. Do not send confidential information or secrets to AI features.
• Retention: saved work remains associated with your account. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-stored records. Operational retention settings and a monitored privacy contact must be reviewed before public launch.
• Access: your saved data is private to your account. Delete requests can be sent to support@getcryptodomains.com.
• Your rights: depending on your state (for example California), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
• Children: the service is not directed to anyone under 18.

Additional disclosures

Any paid referral links must be disclosed when activated. AI-assisted analysis requires human review. Business income and domain resale value are not guaranteed. Unlovable is a separate website; this site does not provide app-building or virtual-office services.
